CCA's 5-Year Strategic Framework

Developed by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) through close collaboration with the Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) staff and Board of Directors, our valued members, and key stakeholders, this strategic framework outlines CCA’s roadmap for 2025–2029.  It is the culmination of extensive stakeholder engagement and BCG's rigorous analytical approach, positioning CCA as the premier partner for advancing trade, investment, and business interests between the United States and Africa. Our strategic vision is anchored in three core pillars – Connect, Catalyze, and Amplify (“CCA”), and was unanimously approved by the CCA Board of Directors on December 11, 2024.
