CCA President and CEO, Florizelle Liser, appointed to serve on MCC Advisory Council
On October 2, 2018, CCA President and CEO, Florizelle Liser, was appointed to serve on the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Advisory Council. Florie will serve for two years in a representative capacity, providing insights and best practices and sharing advice based on her experience with U.S.-Africa trade and investment.The MCC Advisory Council is an interdisciplinary group of advisors that provides MCC with a vehicle for receiving external feedback from the private sector. Members offer insight on innovations in infrastructure, technology and sustainability; perceived risks and opportunities in MCC partner countries; and new financing mechanisms for developing country contexts – all of which help MCC remain at the cutting edge of international development.As President and CEO of CCA, Florie brings expertise and an extensive network, along with a strong track record of working with the private sector to promote trade, business, and investment between the United States and Africa.
